Join us for our second annual gathering from April 29 to May 1, as we continue to build on the success of last year's conference in San Francisco. This year in New Orleans, we invite you to deepen connections and further engage with our core themes of Restoration, Enlightenment, Solidarity, and Transformation. Celebrate growth, embrace community, and empower your leadership journey. Registration Deadline: February 1, 2025. The waitlist will open once capacity is reached.

Eligibility

This conference is for Onboarded Members of the Early Childhood Leaders of Color Collaborative. To be considered onboarded, you have (1) submitted an intake form and (2) completed an onboarding zoom, attended a regional meetup or you are a Promise Venture fellow.
*Members who attended the 2022 Kickoff are considered onboarded. Members who participated in the 2024 REST conference are also eligible to attend.

In addition to the above, we ask that all REST attendees are (3) registered on Mighty Networks to stay updated and get connected with fellow attendees before and during the retreat. If you are not yet on Mighty Networks, you can join our platform here.
